Jul, 2015

On July 25 this summer, Albert Dock are hosting the glorious return of the Red Bull Harbour Reach competition.

Red Bull Harbour Reach is a highly competitive and respected wakeboarding event and this historic section of Liverpool’s waterfront is changing the face of this extreme water sport.

Last year, its inaugural year, saw 19 of the best wakeboarders in the world going head to head on a challenging bespoke course built by Industry Wake Parks.

Only the best qualifiers get to attend the Harbour Reach and it makes for thrilling action, as these ‘boarders have skills that are second to none.

The bespoke course that they tackle have maritime themed obstacles and a 100ft-long Pool Gap that tests the wakeboarders nerves – if nothing else.

Anticipation is high for this year’s competition and it’s sure to be a busy day at the Dock, we’ll release more details closer to the time on the website and our Facebook and Twitter pages.

In the meantime, we recommend getting the competitions date in your diary and make sure you’re ready to watch wakeboarding at its most exciting!

For some more information on the competition and footage of last year’s competition, head to the Red Bull Harbour Reach Website.

The organizers of "Lake of Charity" are once again hosting the 5th edition of the Charity Fun
sports Highlight. The organizers announce a real firework of trend sports facilities, water fun and acoustic Live-Acts on the pond in Gerstreit Saalbach Hinterglemm. The roots of the event reach back to 2011, when three friends spontaneous had the idea of raising for a good cause by the help of fun bringing activities. Since then the events raised € 98.500 - handed over to needy families and children in Pinzgau.

We again will be there to support this outstanding event with our System 2.0 two-tower-cable.

Climate neutral company 2015

The greatest successes are those that can be achieved together.
That is why we also want to give something back.
Sustainability and conservation of our nature and the environment has always been very important to us.

Although the ecological future of our children hangs in the balance already,
we do not want to watch as our earth is further burdened but contribute with our given opportunities to protect climate and support aid projects for humans and the environment.

Besides Sesitec pays attention to sustainable production and the economical use of materials and energy, unfortunately not all production-related CO2 emissions can be avoided.
These are inevitably generated by production, heating, processes, car pool and energy.

We compensate these remaining unavoidable CO2 emissions by supporting a climate protection project in Uganda, Kenya.

More specifically, by firewood-saving bio-sand filter large forest areas are protected by no longer serving as fuel for boiling dirty water thanks to the special filtering.
On the other hand it makes it easy for the people there to attain clean drinking water, since they must no longer make far journeys and hard physical labor.

Actions speak louder than words. We are proud to say that Sesitec manufactures and works carbon neutral.

If you should be interested in protecting the climate too and want to learn more about it, you'll find all necessary information on www.klimaohnegrenzen.de
